Resolve Access Issues After Switching Users to Federated IDCS

If your users are federated in OCI Identity and Access Management, previously referred to as IDCS, and they can longer access Visual Builder Studio, you need to set the primary email address on their user account.

To set the primary email address on the user account:
  1. In a web browser, go to https://cloud.oracle.com.
  2. In the upper-left corner, click Navigation Menu the Menu icon.
  3. Select Identity & Security and then, under Identity, select Domains.
  4. On the Domains page, click the name of the identity domain that you want to work in. You might need to change the compartment, next to Applied filters, to find the domain that you want.
  5. After clicking the identity domain, click the User management tab.

  6. On the Users page, search for and select a user.
  7. Click Edit user.
  8. On the Edit user page, change the email and click Save changes.
