Removing Users from Reconciliations

Users who have been added to a reconciliation can subsequently be removed.

Service Administrators, Power Users, or any user with the Manage Profiles and Reconciliations privilege can remove users who have been assigned to reconciliations. Users can be removed from selected reconciliations or from all reconciliations in the reconciliation list.

To remove a user, group, or team from reconciliations:

  1. From the Home page, select Reconciliations.

  2. Select a reconciliation, then from Actions, select Remove User.

  3. In the Remove User dialog:

    • In Field, select the type of user.
    • If Field is set to Reviewer or Reviewer (Backup), select the reviewer level in Level.
    • In Value, click Search to search for and select the user to be removed. For Commentators and Viewers, you can select a user, group, or team.
  4. Click Remove.
