Assigning User Access to Standard Reports

An Administrator can decide to give access to standard reports to various users. This is done by using the Access tab on the Edit Report dialog.

To grant users access to a report:

  1. From Home, select Application, then Report Configuration.
  2. Select the Reports tab.
  3. Select the report you want, and from Actions, select Edit.
  4. On the Edit Report dialog, under Access, you can use the Add (+) or Delete (X) to change the list of users who can access that report.
