Managing Granular Roles

Service Administrators and users with the Access Control - Manage granular role have the flexibility to grant additional privileges to different users or groups, in addition to their predefined roles by using granular roles.

Users with the Access Control - View granular role can view the contents of the Manage Granular Roles tab.

To grant additional privileges to a user or group, select Tools, then Access Control, and then Manage Granular Roles. For more information, see Account Reconciliation in Administering Access Control.

You can generate the Role Assignment Report for a particular user by clicking the Actions menu for that user and then selecting Role Assignment Report.
