Access Control

Access Control contains security related tasks.

Service Administrators and users with the Access Control - Manage role can view and edit the contents of the Access Control tabs. Users with the Access Control - View role can view the contents of the Access Control tabs.

The tabs in Access Control are as follows:

  • Manage Groups

    Create, delete, and manage groups of users

  • Manage Application Roles

    Assign application roles to users in addition to their predefined roles

  • Role Assignment Report

    View what roles have been assigned to users

  • User Login Report

    Gather information on who is using Account Reconciliation

  • Manage Teams

    Create, delete, and manage teams of users

  • Manage Users

    View or modify user details and add users to teams

  • Power User Security

    View and control who has Power User Security

  • User Group Report

    View the groups to which users belong
