Viewing the Audit Information for Transaction Matching

The Transaction Matching tab under Audit provides audit information for match types.

Audit information is available for the following match type artifacts:

  • match types
    • data sources
    • data source attributes
    • default attribute mappings
    • bucket attribute mapping
    • journal attribute mappings
    • transaction types
    • adjustment type attributes
    • journal attribute mapping
  • match processes
    • alert rules
    • match rules
      • adjustment details
      • match rule conditions

To view audit information for match types:

  1. From the Home page, click Tools, and then Audit.
  2. Click the Transaction Matching tab.
  3. (Optional) Filter the information displayed to view the required audit information.

    Audit information can be filtered using the following filters: Match Type, Modification, Modified By, Modified On, and Object.

    When you select a filter, this filter appears in Search, with a drop-down list. Select one or more values that are used to filter the displayed audit information. In the following image, the Match Type filter is selected.

  4. (Optional) Click the Customize Column icon to select the columns that must be displayed.

  5. (Optional) Use Search to search for the specified text in the Name and Hierarchy columns.

You can export the displayed audit information to a .csv file by clicking Export.
