EPM Assistants in Account Reconciliation

Account Reconciliation provides EPM assistants to perform administrative and operational tasks.

The assistants are available as importable agents that integrate with Fusion AI Studio, enabling a chat-based experience. They are exclusively available to Fusion customers and are not supported for EPM customers without Fusion Cloud subscriptions. EPM Assistants for Administrators

• Account Reconciliation Assistant for Administrators

  Service Administrators can perform the following tasks:

  • Run the Train Predicted Attribute and Predict Predicted Attribute jobs
  • Check job status
  • Open, close, or lock a specified period
• Transaction Matching Assistant for Administrators

  Service Administrators can run the Train Match Prediction, Auto Match, Run Auto Alert, Archive Transactions, and Purge Transactions jobs. They can also check the job status.

EPM Assistants for Users

• Account Reconciliation Assistant for Users

  Depending on the granular role that users have been assigned, they can perform the following tasks:

  • Ask questions about the number of open reconciliations, due date of a reconciliation, and status of one or more reconciliations
  • View reconciliation details and reconciliation summary
  • Display the comments for a specific reconciliation
  • Add a comment to a reconciliation
• Account Reconciliation Run Report Assistant for Users

  Users can run Reconciliation Compliance and Transaction Matching reports using Fusion AI Studio
