Matches Tab

The Matches tab contains the transactions that were matched exactly, either through suggested matches or manual matching.

Use the filters at the top, for Duration and Match Type, to customize the display of matched transactions. The system remembers the selection made in these filters. If you close the reconciliation and then open a different reconciliation, the default selection for the filters will be the ones that were previously selected.

Perform the following actions on this tab:

  • Unmatch matched transactions

    Select a transaction, click Actions, and then select Unmatch.

  • View details of each match

    Click a match ID to view details of the source system transactions and the subsystem transactions that are part of this match.

  • View the history of a particular transaction
