Identity Services

Cloud accounts use either Oracle Identity Cloud Service or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure identity domains.

Fusion Analytics depends on identity service instances to:

• Manage users, groups, and application roles.
• Provide an integrated and synchronized single sign-on configuration.
• Provide user authentication and authorization services.

If you use a single cloud account for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and Fusion Analytics, then both use the same identity service and it eases administration.
