Perform the Prerequisites for Using AI Concierge

Prior to using AI Concierge to help you with answers and tasks, you must enable it from the Application settings section under the Preview Features tab on the Enable Features page.

You can use AI Concierge if your data source is Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications currently.
