Sample Queries

Here’s few sample queries to help you get started with AI Concierge:

1. As an administrator, you want to know about the capabilities of AI Concierge and how it can help.

   Example query: What are your capabilities or What can you do?

2. As an administrator, you want to know when your daily refresh of data will be completed, and how to ensure that you are notified about certain events (when it is completed, if it will be delayed on a particular day etc.)

   Example query: How can I improve my daily refresh completion time? or When will my data refresh end?

3. If you want to know more about a feature, you don’t have to look up product documentation anymore. Ask AI Concierge your question, and it will look up the answer for you- it will even provide relevant documentation links, for additional reference.

   Example query: What is frequent data refresh, and how is it useful to me? or What is the use of the "Initial Extract Date" pipeline parameter ?

4. You can also activate a new feature or functional area. AI Concierge will show you the required steps, and (with your consent) perform each step. It will also navigate each screen with you so that you can follow along at each step.

   Example query: Activate HCM Benefits Functional Area. Or My user would like to activate planned production analytics.
