Why am I not able to see quantity metrics at subinventory and locator level in the PO Receipts subject area?
All the quantity metrics are at the Receipt line level and not at the Transaction level (Subinventory, Locator) in the PO Receipts subject area.
Which approval date or version does the Purchase Order subject area in Fusion Data Intelligence use?
The Purchase Order subject area in Fusion Data Intelligence uses the original version or first time approval date for analyses or metrics that are used to derive the cycle time metrics. However Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence uses the latest version or last approval date. When comparing the data between Fusion Data Intelligence and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, don't use the approval date for analyses because it will provide a different outcome.
Why am I not able to see quantity metrics at subinventory and locator level in the PO Receipts subject area?
All the quantity metrics are at the Receipt line level and not at the Transaction level (Subinventory, Locator) in the PO Receipts subject area.
Why do I see multiple records and metrics value summed up in the grand total when I use Supplier Business Classification attribute in Procurement and Spend subject area?
Because the Supplier Business Classification attribute can have more than one value, you see more than one records and metrics value summed up in the analysis. If you want one record, use Supplier Business Classification in the filter and select one only value.
Why isn't the Spend Classification Categories dimension showing values in Procurement - Requisitions, Procurement - Purchase Orders, and Procurement - Spend subject areas?
Spend classification is an Opt-In feature in Oracle Procurement Cloud. Enable this feature in Oracle Procurement Cloud and then refresh the Spend Classification functional area in Fusion Data Intelligence. See Spend Classification.
Why aren't the Parties and Parties Contact dimension details seen in the Enterprise Contracts - Contracts subject area?
This is a Preview feature. To see these dimensions, you need to enable the 'Enterprise Contracts - Parties and Parties Contact' functional area. See Features Available for Preview.
While using the Procurement - Receipt Accounting subject area, why isn't there a receipt number for invoice price adjustment transactions?
This is expected behavior There isn't a receipt number for invoice price adjustment transactions.
Why is the Invoice Number blank in the Procurement - Receipt Accounting subject area?
- Accrual Clearing
- Expense Adjustment
- Invoice Price Adjustment
For all other transaction types, Invoice Number isn't supported. The Invoice number support is in accordance with Fusion Applications Suite Receipt Accounting.
Why is the Receipt Number not shown in the Procurement - Receipt Accounting subject area?
Receipt Number isn't displayed against the below transaction types:
- Trade Receipt Accrual
- Retroactive Price Adjustment
- Period End Accrual
- Consigned Receipt Consumption
- Consigned PO Receipt
Fusion Receipt Accounting doesn't display Receipt Number against these transactions.
What sources are supported for Procurement - Receipt Accounting?
- Procurement - Receipt Accounting
- Procurement - Accrual Balances at Period End
- Procurement - Accrual Balances at Receipt
Other sources aren't supported
Where can I evaluate Accrual Balances for the Receipt Accounting subject area?
- If Accrual is at Receipt, refer to Procurement - Accrual Balances in the Receipt subject area
- If Accrual is at Period End, refer to Procurement - Accrual Balances in the Receipt subject area. The accrual balances in this subject area matches with the Fusion Applications based on the Uninvoiced Receipt Accruals Report.
Why shouldn't I use Procurement Receipt Accounting under the Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics SKU in Configurable Account Analysis when I have access to both the Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics and Oracle Fusion SCM Analytics SKU?
Procurement Receipt Accounting under the Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics SKU covers the source document type for Purchase Orders whereas Receipt Accounting under the Oracle Fusion SCM Analytics SKU has a wider coverage of many source document types. In the event of having access to both the Oracle Fusion SCM Analytics and Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics SKUs, you should use only Receipt Accounting under the Oracle Fusion ERP Analytics SKU with Configurable Account Analysis.
