Spend Categories Configuration Pipeline Processing

This is the pipeline execution process for the FILE_ORA_OP_SPEND_CATEGORY dataset.

During pipeline execution:

1. Procurement Category records are read from the source system.

2. The FILE_ORA_OP_SPEND_CATEGORY dataset is used to determine the corresponding Spend Category.

3. Transactions are enriched with the configured Spend Category.

4. Spend Categories are used by Procurement Analytics dashboards and reports for aggregation and filtering.
