Along with the access to BICC Console, you must also ensure that the user has access to
the BICC generated content that's stored on the UCM server.
Before you start
Make sure you have the Security Manager role assigned to you so
that you can sign into the Security Console.
The extract files are stored in the OBIAImport security group
on the UCM server. Use the Security Console of Oracle Applications Cloud to provide the user
with access to this security group.
Here's what to do

Sign in to Oracle Applications Cloud and click .

Click the Roles tab and click Create.

On the Basic Information page, enter the following values and click
Next.

Click Next to navigate to the subsequent pages. You can skip entering details on the
Function Security Policies and Data Security Policies pages.

On the Role Hierarchy page, click Add Role.

On the Add Role Membership dialog box, search for
OBIA_EXTRACTTRANSFORMLOAD_RWD and click Add Role
Membership. This role membership is required to view and download the
extract files on UCM.

Close the Add Role Membership dialog box and click Next.

Skip entering details on the Segregation of Duties page and click
Next.

On the Users page, click Add User.

On the Add User dialog box, search for and select the user to whom you want to assign
this role.

Click Add Selected Users and close the dialog box.

Click Next. Review the summary and click Save and
Close.
