Integration of the Application with Digital Assistant

You can use Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications to open and set up the digital assistant.

You must have either of these roles to do this task.
  • ODA Service Administrator
  • ODA Service Developer

You can configure the Oracle Web channel to associate it with your digital assistant.

  1. Sign in to Fusion Applications.

  2. Click Navigator > My Enterprise > Setup and Maintenance.
  3. In the Setup and Maintenance work area, go to the Manage Digital Assistant task:

    • Offering: Financials

    • Functional Area: Expenses
    Your paired digital assistant opens in a separate tab.
  4. In the digital assistant instance, pull FADigitalAssistant from the skill store.

    Note: You can extend the predefined digital assistants and skills. This means you can create a new version of your digital assistant and skill, and change it as required. The changed version remains compatible with the original version. If you don’t have the ODA Platform for SaaS subscription, you can only extend FADigitalAssistant, not the skills.
