Add a Workflow
Use the following procedure to add a workflow.
At the Repository tab, select Workflow, List.
The Workflow Management page displays.
Click Add Workflow.
The Add Workflow page displays.
Complete the fields described in the Workflow Properties table and select Save Workflow.
The following table describes the property fields on the Add Workflow page.

Enter the name of the workflow process. |
Reference Key |
Reference Keys are arbitrary text strings used as internal identifiers for the content. They are locale independent; the reference key name does not change for an object supported in multiple locales. Select the field and accept the default value supplied by Knowledge Advanced. You can also specify a string to use as an internal identifier. |
Manually publish documents after workflow completion |
Select this check box to specify that articles require a manual publishing step when the workflow completes. The default is to select this option. |
The new workflow appears on the Workflow Management page. You define the workflow steps from this page.
