Clicked Documents
Perhaps you want a quick look into whether users are selecting more answers from your knowledge base or from external sites. You can use this report to see the number of times users looked at an answer, and if the article is located in the knowledge base or an external site. It shows the number of knowledge base and external answers your users clicked in a time period. It also provides the URL to the answer.
