Configure Default Subscription Notification Frequency

You can set the the default subscription notification frequency for users. The default setting ensures that users receive an appropriate number of email notifications for their subscriptions. Users can adjust this setting when they subscribe to content. You can set the default to Never, Immediately, Daily, or Weekly.

To set the default frequency:

1. Navigate to Tools > System > Configure.

2. Click Subscription Configuration.

3. Select the default notification frequency from the menu.

Note:

This does not impact current subscribers, just new subscribers.If you want to adjust the notification frequency for current subscribers, use the Subscription Frequency bulk update option.
