Manage User Subscription Frequency

You can change the frequency for subscriber notifications in batches of users. You can work from the full list of Console or Web users or, use Find to narrow the list to your specific criteria.

For example, you can find users whose current subscription frequency is Daily and change them all to Weekly.

To change subscriber notification frequency:

1. Select List under either Console Users or Web Users.

   (Optionally) Select Find to locate users matching your specific criteria.

2. Select the users, from the resulting list, that you are changing the subscription frequency for.

3. Select the new frequency for these users from the Update Subscription Schedule menu and click Update Subscription Schedule.
