Intent Frequency
You can help optimize your knowledge base by analyzing the types of intents user questions triggered most often, and how many user questions trigger a particular intent. These results can help you tune your knowledge base.
This report lists and identifies intents by name, intent ID, and frequency. An intent, like a rule, determines how the application interprets and responds to user questions. An intent typically captures a family of questions that the application recognizes as a single dictionary object. For example, a bill inquiry intent might match questions about bill balances, bill payment options, and payment deadlines.
