Recent Questions
To help keep your knowledge base healthy and updated, you need to analyze the questions your users are asking as well as the answers. You might consider points such as:
How many questions did users ask during a time period?
What questions did they ask? Are several users asking similar questions?
In which interfaces did users ask questions?
How does this number of questions compare with the previous time period? Let’s say you select a period of 30 days; how do the numbers compare to the previous 30 days? Are they trending up or trending down?
Use this report to see the questions users asked in a period, and the interfaces they used to ask the questions. You can see the question text in normalized text and actual text.

The non-edited actual question a user asked. |
Normalized Text |
The actual question without case distinctions, spelling errors, punctuation, skipped words, and other elements that may differentiate it from an otherwise identical question. |
Actual Question Count |
The number of questions users asked. |
Search Date |
The date a user asked the question. |
