Work with Tuning Requests

When you find a user question that is not returning the number or quality of answers you might expect, you can submit it as a tuning request to MSQ. Tuning a question, phrase or even a single word can have significant impact on search results returned for user questions.

MSQ logs tuning requests that originate from the Tuning Request page within MSQ or from the Knowledge Advanced Analytics Advanced Search Summary component. For more information, see Use the Advanced Search Summary Component to Tune Questions.
