Set the Access Time Limit for Assets Included in Articles

You can set the amount of time that images and documents (assets) included in articles will be available to end-users who access them. The application stores these assets in the CKFinder asset store. The default time limit is 60 minutes. You can set the time limit to any value between 1 and 1440 minutes (24 hours).

  1. Navigate to Authoring > Tools > System > Configure.

  2. Select File Attachment Configuration.

  3. Locate the CKFinder Asset Token Expiration setting.

  4. Set the number of minutes for the access time limit.
