Single Sign-On Configuration

B2C Service supports enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration, which allows you to gain access to an interface or a site from within your network without the need for tool-specific credentials.

When you enable SSO, it updates the following configuration verbs:

  • AGENT_SAML20_SSO_ENABLED
  • CONTACT_SAML20_SSO_ENABLED
  • SSO_ENABLE_EXTERNAL_IDP

Use this procedure to enable SSO for a site:

  1. From the Configuration Assistant main page, click the menu icon for the site for which you want to enable SSO.
  2. Select the Enable SSO Configuration option.
  3. Click Yes.
Note: When you enable SSO for a B2C Service site, it is enabled for all the interfaces associated with that site.

Use this procedure to enable SSO for an interface:

  1. From the Configuration Assistant main page, click the site which contains the interface.
  2. Click the Interface tab.
  3. Click the menu icon for the interface, for which you want to enable SSO.
  4. Select the Enable SSO Configuration option.
  5. Click Yes.
Note: For more information about setting up the configuration information on the B2C Service console, refer Single Sign-on Support in B2C Service.
