Admin Console

The Co-browse administrative console is a standalone user interface used to manage B2C Co-browse, to customize the user interface and configure its deployment, to add and edit users, and to access additional Co-browse reports.

With B2C Service, you configure Co-browse on chat and incident workspaces, add a Co-browse widget to the customer portal, and give Co-browse permission to agents working on the agent desktop through their profile.

In addition, the following functionality is available for Configuration Administrators through the Co-browse Admin Console:

  • Company set up and remote control options
  • User management and permissions
  • SiteID management
  • Co-browse product UI customization, security masking, and deployment
  • Reporting
