Co-browse Session Reporting

The Co-browse Summary report displays co-browse activity from all sources and shows detailed information about each co-browse session such as agent and contact names, when the session started and ended, and what caused the session to end.

With this information, you can spot trends and implement steps to improve customer satisfaction.

The Co-browse Summary report is available in Public Reports/Service/Co-Browse. Before staff members can use the report, it must be added to their navigation sets. See Edit a Navigation Set.

All co-browse data is stored in the cobrowse_sessions table. Although the table is used for the Co-Browse Summary report, it can also be used for custom reports. See Overview of Creating Basic Custom Reports.
