Tracked Link Categories for Outreach and Feedback

You can add tracked link categories to your Outreach and Feedback applications to group and organize tracked links.

When tracked links are assigned to categories, you can enhance your reporting on customer clicks of links in your mailings and surveys. You can also see how certain categories performed and which are getting the most hits. For example, you could create tracked link categories for each of your product offerings on your website. You can also delete tracked link categories on the editor.

Note: Use care when deleting tracked link categories. When you delete a tracked link category, the category is set to Unspecified and you may lose tracking data as a result.
