Registered Product Update

When logged-in customers select the Registered Products option on the Your Account tab or click the See All Registered Products link on the Account Overview page, a list of products registered to the customer opens. Then clicking a registered product opens the Registered Product Details page.

If customers click the Edit Registered Product link on the page, the Update Registered Product page opens.

The product and serial number are read-only, but customers can change the following fields on the page:

  • Date Purchased
  • Name
  • Status
  • Date Installed
  • Date Retired
  • Description

Clicking the Continue button opens the Account Overview page, where the Registered Products section contains the edited product.
