Overview of Custom Fields

When you first implement B2C Service, you might find that additional fields are needed to collect the information you require.

By adding custom fields to your knowledge base, you can be sure you are collecting the information required to best meet your organization’s needs. For example, a company that sells shoes might need to store the customer’s shoe size.

After you’ve added custom fields, you can add them to workspaces and scripts, use them as search filters in reports, and use them as audience filters in Outreach or Feedback.
