Add or Edit a Workspace Rule Action

The following procedure describes how to add or edit a rule action to a workspace.

  1. From the Rule Wizard, do one of the following:
    • Click Then Actions to list available Then actions.

    • Click Else Actions to list available Else actions.

  2. Click Add next to the conditions you want to add to the rule.
  3. If the action you have added to the rule description contains underlined text, click the underlined text to open the Edit Action window. See Workspace Rule Actions Description for a description of rule actions.
  4. To change the order of the actions listed in the rule description, click Change the Order of the Then (or Else) Actions.
    1. Click the action you want to move, then click the up or down arrow to move the action where you want it.
    2. Click OK.
  5. Click Finish.
