Bypass the External Identity Provider

If staff members do not have the SSO Login (SAML 2.0) profile permission, the IdP can be bypassed, letting them log in using their Oracle Cloud Service credentials.

After configuring and enabling an IdP in B2C Service, your site’s launch page includes an option for Install B2C Service—Internal Login.

Note: This option is intended for troubleshooting single sign-on issues, and isn't meant to be used as a conventional sign-on process.

1. Launch B2C Service.
2. Select Install B2C Service—Internal Login.
   The login window without the embedded IdP page is loaded. This is an example of a URL for a launch page:
