Set Up Single Sign-on (SSO) Using an External Identity Provider

Complete these steps to configure single sign-on for your site.

  1. Contact your Oracle account manager to enable single sign-on for agents, customers, or both.
  2. Add the single sign-on permission to the profiles that will use it. See Add the SSO Profile Permission.
  3. Define Single Sign-on Configuration Settings.
  4. Set up external identity providers (IdPs). See Methods for Setting Up Identity Providers.
