Suspend a Transactional Survey

You may want to stop sending a survey after it has already been launched. You can temporarily stop a survey from sending by suspending it.

1. From the Delivery tab of an open survey, click Suspend.
   Note: This button appears only when a survey has been launched.
   The Confirm Suspend message appears asking you to confirm that you want to suspend the survey.
2. Click Yes to confirm suspending the survey.

Results:

The status changes to Suspended and the Delivery Status section displays the number of audience members the survey was already sent and delivered to.
