Search Suggested Articles

You can search for relevant articles using suggested searches. Suggested searches provides a faster way to locate and select relevant articles. As you type in the search field, suggested searches displays a list of articles that match the entered search term or phrase.

To search suggested articles, do the following:

1. Open the Knowledge window in an incident workspace.

2. Click the Recommended Answers tab.

3. Enter search criteria in the Search the Knowledge Base field. The Suggested Searches list displays the relevant suggestions.
