Set Subscription Email Notification Frequency

You can set the frequency of subscription email notifications you receive on your customer portal page. For example, you may want to receive all emails immediately, or maybe you want to receive emails only once a day or maybe no emails at all. This feature gives you the flexibility to decide on number of emails you want to receive.

  1. At the Customer Portal, navigate to the Accounts Overview page.
  2. At the Links box, select Manage your notifications.
  3. At the Notifications page, click the arrow in the Notification Frequency box and select the frequency you want.

    The default frequency Immediately displays.

  4. Click Submit.
