Java Runtime Environment and EPM Automate

Installing EPM Automate on Windows installs the required Java Runtime Environment (JRE). However, a JRE is not included in the Linux, Unix, and macOS X installers. You must have access to a JRE installation (version 17) to use EPM Automate.

You are entitled to use Oracle Java Standard Edition (SE) with EPM Automate without the need to separately purchase a Java SE subscription.
