Migration Paths for Legacy EPM Cloud Snapshots
Legacy snapshot refers to a snapshot taken from an Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud environment that is not an EPM Standard Cloud Service or EPM Enterprise Cloud Service environment.
Essbase in Legacy EPM Cloud
Because the following legacy environments allow you to enable Hybrid BSO cubes, they may already be configured with an Oracle Essbase version that supports hybrid cubes (referred to as Hybrid Essbase).
- Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud
- Planning and Budgeting Cloud with Plus One option
- Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud
If you want to upgrade from Non-Hybrid Essbase to Hybrid Essbase to enable Hybrid BSO cubes in Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud and Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud applications before migrating your environment, use the recreate EPM Automate command.
All other legacy environments are configured with an Essbase version that does not support hybrid cubes (referred to as Non-hybrid Essbase).

Note:

About Data Relationship Management Migration
You can migrate On-Premises 11.1.2.4.330 or newer Oracle Data Relationship Management to the standalone Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud or to EPM Enterprise Cloud Service - Enterprise Data Management business process.
