Default Oracle SFTP User Accounts (for Classic EPM Cloud Only)

The SFTP Users tab of My Services (Classic) lists the predefined SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) user accounts.

Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM creates a domain SFTP account and two service SFTP accounts (one each for test and production environments) for an Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud subscription. You use the domain SFTP account to retrieve archived data (primarily the user data) from a terminated domain. You use the service SFTP account to retrieve archived snapshot of a terminated environment for up to 60 days after termination.

Note:

EPM Cloud does not support SFTP for any functionality other than retrieving archived data from a terminated subscription.

For detailed information on how to identify the domain and service SFTP accounts, see "Setting Up Secure FTP User Accounts" in Managing and Monitoring Oracle Cloud.

An Identity Domain Administrator must reset the SFTP user passwords using My Services (Classic). Other than setting a password for each of these accounts, you are not permitted to modify them in any manner. For instructions to reset the password for SFTP accounts, see "Setting Up Secure FTP User Accounts" in Managing and Monitoring Oracle Cloud.

SFTP accounts cannot be deleted or assigned to EPM Cloud predefined roles.
