Retrieving Data After Service Termination

You need to activate a service SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) account to retrieve the archived snapshot of a terminated Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud environment.

An Identity Domain Administrator configures the service SFTP account by resetting its password. You cannot retrieve the archived snapshot if the service SFTP account password was not reset before terminating the subscription.
