Resetting User Password Using My Services (Classic)

To reset user password:

  1. Access My Services (Classic) as an Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud user assigned to an Identity Domain Administrator role. See Accessing My Services (Classic).
  2. Expand the Navigation drawer, and then click Users.

    The User Management page appears.

  3. Click Action menu (Action) in the row of the user and select Reset Password / Unlock Account.

    The system prompts for confirmation that you want to reset the password for the selected user and unlock the user account if it’s locked.

  4. Click Reset.
