19 Reports Execution

Data Integration provides prebuilt reports that capture business-critical operations and revenue-generating activities within your organization. These reports provide key information on how data is integrated from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) source system into the Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management target application.

Accessing Reports

To access reports that can be executed:

  1. From the Data Integration home page, and then from the Actions menu, then from the Other actions drop-down, select Report Executions.

  2. From Report Group, select the type of report to execute:

  3. Click Image shows the Arrow icon.to the right of the report to execute.

  4. On the Generate Report page, select any report-specific parameters.

    Parameters common to all reports include:

    Parameter/Command Description
    Report Format

    Select the output format of the report to be executed.

    Available report format option:

    • PDF
    • HTML
    • Excel
    • XLSX
    Execution Mode

    Select how the report is to be executed.

    Available options:

    • online—Processes the report immediately.
    • offline—Runs the report in the background. (recommended if there are a lot of rows).
    OK Run the report to be executed.
    Create Report Script

    Creates the Data Integration report and stores it in the outbox/reports folder.

    The generated report is named based on the ID of the Data Integration job that generates the report and the report format. For example, if the report job ID is 2112 and the report output format that you specify is PDF, the report name is 2112.pdf. The report name is displayed in the console after the report is generated.

    You can also identify the report name from the Process Details tab in Data Integration or by using the EPM Automate listFiles command.

    You can also use the EPM Automate downloadFile command to download the report to a local computer.
