About Adding Employee Properties

You can add custom employee properties to the Account dimension using the Configure task for Employee Properties or using the Dimension Editor.

After adding a new custom property, add it as a shared member under the parent OWP_Workforce Planning Accounts for Forms so it shows up on forms. Refresh the database after making your changes.

To ensure that custom properties are transferred when you change an employee’s job or transfer an employee, use a custom template, OWP_Custom Template to customize the rules and templates. For more information, see Using a Custom Workforce Template to Support Workforce Customizations.
