Deleting Conditions

You can delete a condition if it is no longer applicable to the grid, cell, row, or column. This functionality enables you to delete a single condition rather than an entire format, which can hold as many as seven conditions.

To delete a condition:

  1. In a grid, select a cell or cells, and then do one of the following:
    • Click Conditional Format button.

    • Right-click a cell, then select Format, and then Conditional Format.

  2. In the Conditional Format dialog box, click Delete Condition button,.
  3. If there is more than one condition, from the drop-down list, select the condition to delete.
  4. Click OK to return to the grid.
