Approving or Rejecting Tasks

As an approver, you can either approve or reject a task.

To approve or reject a task:

  1. Open the schedule and select the required task.
  2. From the Task Manager ribbon, click Approve or Reject.

    Alternatively, you can double-click the task row to open the Task Manager Task Dialog and click Approve or Reject.

  3. If the task is approved or rejected successfully, an acknowledgement message appears. Click OK.
