Displaying the Floating Toolbar in Planning Forms

The floating toolbar is displayed when you click a data cell in a Planning form.

The floating toolbar provides quick access to these commands:

• Supporting Details

• Cell Comments

• Drill-through

• Attachments

To display or suppress the floating toolbar in Planning forms:

1. In the Smart View ribbon, click Options, and then select the Advanced tab.

   You do not need to be logged in to set this option.

2. Perform an action:

   • To display the floating toolbar, select the Display floating toolbar on forms check box.

     This check box is selected by default.

   • To suppress the floating toolbar display, clear the Display floating toolbar on forms check box.

3. Click OK to save your selection.
