Importing Reports as Ad Hoc Queries in Google Sheets

You can import Reports in Google Sheets as ad hoc queries, on which you can then perform available ad hoc operations.

To import a report as an ad hoc query in Google Sheets:

1. Open a new sheet, and in the Smart View Home panel, expand the Reports folder.
   Alternatively, if reports are stored in a user-defined folder, navigate to that folder.
2. Expand a report to view the available grids, and then select a grid.
3. Right-click the grid name, and then select Query Ready.
   The report grid is rendered as an ad hoc grid in a new sheet.
4. Perform ad hoc operations as required.

   For example, you can:

   • Zoom in on members
   • Pivot POV dimensions or members to the grid
   • Use Member Selection to change the grid POV
