Accessing Profitability and Cost Management (PCM) Agent

In the August 2026 release (26.08), there are two versions of PCM Agent available.

• The original PCM Agent has its own separate interface, and can be accessed from the PCM Agent card on the Home page and from the Modeling Cluster. See Accessing the Original PCM Agent.

• The enhanced PCM Agent is embedded in all major modeling screens to streamline common modeling tasks. With the redesigned PCM Agent, you are able to interact naturally with the assistant within the current workflow to create and modify models and business rules, run calculations, and perform POV operations, eliminating the need to switch to a separate PCM Agent interface. In the September update (26.09), the original PCM Agent will no longer be available.
