Downloading a Period Mapping Import Template

Download period mappings import template, complete it and then upload it.

You can download a period mapping import template that you can fill out with period mapping details and then upload it.

To import period mappings from Excel:

  1. From the Data Integration home page, then from Actions menu, and then from the Setup drop-down, select Period Mapping.
  2. On the Period Mapping page, from the Actions menu, select Download Import Template.
    The import template is saved as an Excel worksheet to your system.

  3. Optional: When you have added period mapping detail to the import template, you can upload the Excel spreadsheet to Period Mapping using Importing Period Mappings from Excel.
