Current and Next Activity Tiles

You can see the actual state of your route on this tile.

The number of activities displayed in the current and next activities tile depends on the Mobile Activity Count setting on the User options page. If there are more activities than the configured number, View more is available. Filters restricting the visibility of activities might reduce the maximum number of activities displayed.

The current and next activities tile includes:

• Started activity
• Next activity
• Travel time to next activity

Started activity: The current activity you need to proceed with. The tile includes:

• Square block with a letter: The color depends on the activity type and status. If the activity address is unresolved, the block is empty.
• Activity identifier: The list of activity properties configured on the Identify activity by page.
  Note: By default, all properties appear in a single line. To display each property in separate rows, use End of line markers when configuring the Identify activity by page.
• Arrow: Links to the Activity details page.
• Adjust: A countdown with the projected activity duration. Click Adjust to update the projected duration. The button turns red when fewer than five minutes remains before the activity ends.
• Complete: Links to the Complete activity page.

Travel time: This appears only when you're moving to the next pending activity in the route. This tile includes:

• Adjust: The countdown with the projected duration of travel time. Click Adjust to update the projected duration. The button turns red when the travel end time has passed.
• Start: Links to the Start Activity page.

Next activity: Displays the next activity in the route that hasn't started yet. This tile includes:

• Square block with a letter: The color depends on the activity type and status. If the activity address is unresolved, the block is empty.
• Activity identifier: The list of activity properties configured on the Identify activity by page.
  Note: By default, all properties appear in a single line. To display each property in separate rows, use End of line markers when configuring Identify Activity by screen.
  • Arrow: Links to the Activity Details page.
  • Navigate: Opens the device's navigation app to show the activity location. The button is displayed if:
    • The Navigate button is configured on the Activity Details page.
    • The activity address is resolved.
      Note: If the activity location is approximate, you see a message 'Activity location is approximate' below the Navigate button. This indicates that you might need more precise information before starting travel. Verify the location details before proceeding.

Call: Calls a number on a phone-capable device. It's displayed if:

• The Customer phone (cphone) property is configured on the Activity Details page.
• The customer phone property isn't empty.
