Resource Info Tile

You can see your personal details on this tile.

This tile includes:

  • photo

  • name

  • current date

  • shift start — end time


This screenshot shows the resource info present on the landing page.

If your photo is not available (for example, the photo is not uploaded or you are offline), your initials are displayed instead.

You can click this tile to open the Resource Info page, if your administrator has added Resource Info to the Activity List Context layout structure. If the option is not added, you cannot click the tile.

You can click the date on the Resource Info tile to access the Resource Calendar page.

Viewing stocking locations for a resource

The Resource Info page displays the Service Logistics stocking locations that are assigned to the resource.

Field Service uses these stocking locations to determine which Fusion inventories are available to the mobile worker:

  • Only stocking locations with a status of Active are considered.

  • Only stocking locations with a condition of Usable are available for inventory loading.

If no Active, Usable stocking locations are assigned to a resource, no Fusion inventory is loaded for that resource in Field Service.
